Japanese-Inspired Martini
Yields one serving
30ml gin – opt for a crisp gin variety
15ml Lillet Blanc – a light, herbal fortified wine
15ml sake – a light, medium-bodied one, ideally
Pour the gin, Lillet Blanc, and sake into a shaker, include a generous scoop of ice and stir for 30 seconds to chill well. Filter into a pre-chilled martini glass and present.
